Prof. Sherine Al-Shawarby brings decades of experience as an accomplished economist, academic, and leader in higher education. As the Undergraduate Program Director at the School of Business Administration, she oversees the academic journey of students, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the modern business world.

With extensive expertise in economics and policy analysis, Prof. Shawarby has held prominent positions, including Senior Economist at the World Bank, Deputy Minster at the Ministry of Finance, and Dean at Future University in Egypt. Her academic contributions span macroeconomic modeling, poverty analysis, and economic reform, with numerous publications in international journals.
