Big Data has been at the core and the foundation of such transformation, where technologies have become mature and adopted globally. Yet business organizations and enterprises are catching up with the revolution in an endeavor to leverage data and big data, facing a key obstacle to employing the right calibers with deep business and technology skills.
In an effort to support the regional market, the School of Business Administration (BA) is joining forces with the School of Information Technology and Computer Science (ITCS) to offer the Business and Big Data Analytics (BBDA) Professional Diploma at NU. This synergy targets a new class of professionals combining business domain knowledge and big data and data science skills to solve complex real-world business problems at a scale, derive insights and offer competitive advantages for their organizations. BBDA courses are taught by academic-industry experts in a flexible delivery model that makes learning quite an enjoyable journey centered around interactions and collaboration while enriched by industry best practices and hands-on activities.
