The Best Practices in Managing the Sales Team Session


The School of Business Administration is pleased to host Dr. Sherif Zaki, CEO at TMJ Co. and a sales strategist consultant at Silo Foods for Food Industries for a talk that will take place on November 6th, at 2:30 PM in NU Auditorium.

Dr. Zaki will share with our Business students the best practices in managing the sales team, and team structure across different industries. This session will share with them how to establish territory and routing efficiently, and conduct workload analysis among other practices.

Dr. Zaki has 35 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in the food sector with a previous experience in food companies like Nestle - Savola - EgyBelg - Rich Bake - Coca-Cola. This comes as part of the Sales Management and Growth Marketing course under the supervision of Dr. Noha Alaa and Dr. Menna Kaoud.
