Reflecting Theoretical Knowledge in Practical Endeavors

The end of a very fruitful semester by our NUBS students! All our students did great work in their final project presentations in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) courses.

In CRM course, students worked on real case studies in different companies. They analyzed how organizations capitalize on customer knowledge, use different CRM tools and implement different customer-centric strategies to sustain their competitive advantage and build long term customer relationship and they came up with relevant recommendations.

In IMC course, students launched new product lines for existing brands and they presented innovative marketing campaigns applying different integrated marketing communications approaches.

Those courses were conducted by Dr. Menna Kaoud, and TA Menna Magdy.

We are always proud to see how students are passionately reflecting theoretical knowledge in their practical projects.
