The Real Case Studies of Amman Holding, Raya Information Technology and Bariq companies

The School of Business Administration had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Nour El Gammal, Marketing Manager at Bariq.

Ms. Nour El Gammal discussed with our students three real case studies (Amman Holding, Raya Information Technology and Bariq companies) to present how the three companies capitalize on customer information to continuously improve their services and maintain long-term relationships. Ms. Nour also explained the importance of using information technologies to foster customer relationship management. She emphasized the importance of customer-driven marketing strategies for businesses to sustain their positioning in highly competitive markets.
